Registered users of the Autovod application

Autovod's Customers include companies and individuals that license the site and Services. Usage by individuals that access the site or Services licensed to a Autovod customer for authoring, viewing or administration of online content is individually tracked by the customer using the administration and security features of the Autovod application. Registered users are required to enter a username and password, or other individual information through a registration form. Individual information is made available only to the customer. Autovod is not responsible for the practices or content of its customers. Autovod uses customer usage information in aggregate form for billing purposes and to quantify site traffic. Autovod may send service and support-related information to individual users.

Co-sponsored Programs

Autovod may occasionally conduct joint marketing programs such as online seminars that are co-sponsored by third parties. Individual registration information from these events and programs may be shared with the co-sponsors. The co-sponsors’ name or trademark will appear on communications related to the activity.

Autovod utilizes advanced technology for Internet security. When you access our site using Netscape Navigator 6.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization. Your data will only be available to your authenticated registered users. You, not Autovod, control and manage the authentication process for your data.

Autovod provides each User in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. Autovod issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. Autovod does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.

In addition, Autovod is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
